Store is charging $1 Fee to pay with cash instead of Card Payment. Won't ever step foot in this store again and I'm spreading this information on every platform and with every friend or acquaintance in hopes they will make the same choice. Cash is King and we, the people will not stand by while you forcefully push us into a cashless digital system. It would be in the best interest of the company to rectify this issue immediately to avoid further repercussions to the business because of their out of touch and Un-Australian business model.
Terrible service as they said they no longer accept cash for payment of goods without charging a fee. Ridiculous and unacceptable and have lost me as their customer.
I came in here for a few supplies today before heading off on a camping trip. I love the service I get every time I pop into Anaconda.
Staff are knowledgable and will always offer the right thing. Which happened when I was picking up a jet pilot cooker.
Prices are super competitive and being a member really pays off.
Next up is a kayak and roof racks, which I know the team will provide the right solution for me
Poor customer service at this store today, only on person serving at the registers while other staff casually talking to each other. Wanted to get in and out in a hurry as was just picking up last minute supplies for a camping trip. Next time this happens at this store I will be leaving my items at the counter and going to BCF next door.
Sales assistant was extremely helpful. Made sure that the hiking shoes that were chosen to try on fit correctly and were comfortable. He made sure that my granddaughter was absolutely happy with the pair that was finally settled on even though they were not the ones she really liked. Lesson learned in this case - just because you really like and want something it may be uncomfortable to wear and not fit for the purpose you need.
I had a great experience at this shop. I want to recommend this shop highly. Especially, I would like to give my appreciation to the shop staff Polly. She is an amiable person with great patience. She helped me find a dream tent I needed, which gave my family and me a great camping time during the holiday! I definitely will repurchase at this shop because of their excellent services! I regularly visit this store for camping & 4WD purchases. Paul’s customer service is incredible. Very knowledgeable and loves talking all things camping! Thanks Paul for your help again today
Poor customer service today. Won’t be shopping here again, when a young child needs to use the rest room they need to go NOW. when asked if we could use the toilet the worker said no unfortunately the closest is up the road.
